Job Summary
Conduct daily direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting personal hygiene and helping participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop meaningful relationships with those you serve while assisting individuals who have behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
