Job Summary
Assist individuals with personal hygiene, support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop meaningful relationships with people you serve while taking initiative to help them engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Provide direct care support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring they live well and grow independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
