Direct Care Staff

Direct Care Staff at Sevita delivering community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting participants with daily activities, assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants pursue personal goals in areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and enabling community participation while building meaningful relationships. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills. Position notes include a Tuesday/Thursday 3pm-10pm shift and weekend coverage; a valid driver’s license and a responsible vehicle with insurance are required.
