Direct Care Staff

Conduct daily direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist participants with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges while helping them integrate into the community for favorite activities. Build meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to foster their growth and independence. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and six months of experience in human services or direct care.
