Job Summary
Maintain safety, accountability, and security of the campus while teaching, coaching, and supervising students in activities of daily living, including hygiene, meals, and academics. Observe peer and individual behaviors to track progress toward treatment goals and recognize escalating situations to intervene appropriately. Effectively communicate orally and in writing, and follow and implement individual treatment plans for all students. Recognize patterns of behavior indicating progress or regression within the program. This role supports adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of combined education and/or relevant experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or a related field
- Shifts available: 7am-3pm AND 3pm-11pm + weekend availability

- Experience working with youth and/or in behavioral health settings
