Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, medication management, and Range of Motion exercises. Collaborate with brain injury survivors to develop treatment and behavior plans while teaching independent living skills and modeling appropriate social behaviors. Weigh program participants, take vital signs, and accurately document progress, shift notes, and changes to treatment plans. Actively participate in resident, family, team, and staff meetings, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in residents' status. Work Sunday through Friday from 7am to 3pm at a starting rate of $18.50/hour. Must hold a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle to transport clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Valid driver's license
- Access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Willingness to use vehicle to transport clients
- Ability to operate basic computer applications
