Job Summary
Supervise TCAR clients during direct care, daily schedules, behavioral management, and discipleship while implementing therapeutic progress plans. Plan and oversee ministry, recreational, outdoor adventure, and Activities for Daily Living to support treatment goals. Apply disciplinary procedures to help clients manage their own behavior and coordinate with Academics and Clinical departments for a holistic program. Ensure TCAR policies are implemented, conduct safety checks, and document accurate clinical information in medical records. Facilitate educational groups covering social skills, coping, and life skills while leading discipleship training, Bible studies, and spiritual leadership. Maintain a Christ-centered atmosphere and participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings. Work five days including weekday shifts from 2pm-10:30pm and weekend coverage from 7:30am-10:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 30 hours of training in childcare or related field
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Crisis Intervention training
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 21 years of age
- Mature and Godly character
- Meet the requirements of the Arkansas department of human services for residential care staff
- Background check clearance
