Job Summary
Direct Care Staff will assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting by providing support in daily living skills, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and administering medications. Responsibilities include completing training objectives, daily progress notes, behavior notes, and facilitating community outings. Ideal candidates should demonstrate compassion, punctuality, and flexibility. Experience in caregiving and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
