Job Summary
Relief Direct Care Staff provides 24/7 supervision in CHD Congregate Care settings, delivering behavioral health treatments aligned with each youth's treatment plan. You’ll help maintain a structured, safe, therapeutic environment, respond to the daily care and treatment needs of youth, collaborate with families, DCF, and other agencies, and report to the Program Manager. Must be flexible to cover shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a per diem basis, and be able to work within other CHD programs as needed. Key duties include maintaining safety and therapeutic atmosphere, implementing treatment plans, providing compassionate, inclusive care, and completing required documentation with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. CORI/background screening is required.
