Direct Care Provider

Direct Care Provider at Sevita delivers community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants in community activities, helping participants work toward goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and building meaningful relationships with participants. Must have a valid driver’s license (at least one year) and a clean vehicle record per Sevita insurability policy. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Schedule includes Mon and every other Sat/Sun 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; pay is $21.00 per hour with full benefits for full-time employees and additional time-off and retirement benefits. Vehicle ownership and insurance proof are required.
