Job Summary
Conduct daily direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting personal hygiene, developmental goals like nutrition and exercise, and community integration. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while assisting those facing behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help individuals live well and enjoy their favorite activities within a mission-driven team. Requires valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of human services experience.
