Job Summary
Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, documentation, case management, crisis intervention, and counseling services to seriously mentally ill (SMI) members in residential or inpatient settings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with experience or a related degree. Required clearances include MVR and fingerprint clearance. This full-time position offers benefits and various shift options.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED and six months of full-time Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience
- Related Associate’s degree and six weeks of full-time Behavioral Health/integrated health experience
- Non-related Associate's degree and one year of full-time behavioral health/integrated health experience
- Related bachelor’s degree
- Non-related bachelor's degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health
- MVR clearance
- Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligibility to receive upon hire
