Job Summary
Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and program oversight. Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing direct support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work and activities. Duties balance direct support, professional activities, and supervision. Requires full-time Mon-Thu 7a-3p schedule with on-call rotation; driver's license and vehicle mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Driver's License must be active for over 1 year
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
