Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, personal care, and medication distribution. Provide structured routines and facilitate individual community outings such as shopping, dining, movies, and sports events. Ensure all residents maintain a safe, supportive environment while navigating medical appointments. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and passing TB screening and physical. Full-time overnight shifts available Sunday through Friday from 11pm to 9am. No prior experience needed; ongoing free on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years after
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
