Job Summary
Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution in a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. The role requires compassion and offers on-the-job paid training, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include supporting adults with development disabilities in daily activities, coordinating community outings, and maintaining a structured routine; candidates with interest in CNA/PCA/HHA work are encouraged to apply. Training is provided; background check and TB screening are required; a valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle are needed. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle
- TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and TB update every two years after
