Job Summary
Direct Care Professional responsible for assisting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Duties include daily activities support, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, medical appointments, medication distribution, and coordinating community outings. Shifts include evenings with openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts across Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River areas. The role emphasizes compassionate care, structured routines, and opportunities for growth through on-the-job training and a broad benefits package.
