Job Summary
Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program by assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, personal care, and medication distribution. Facilitate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to help residents integrate into the community. Maintain a structured routine while ensuring safety and dignity during medical appointments and daily living tasks. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and passing TB screening and physical. No prior experience needed; free on-the-job training provided. Located in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River.
Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- A TB update every two years after
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- An interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
