Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care. Facilitate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to help individuals integrate into the community. Manage medication distribution and ensure structured routines for residents. This role requires a valid driver's license, a qualifying criminal background check, and a TB screening. No experience is needed; ongoing free on-the-job training is provided. Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years after
