Job Summary
Conduct daily care for adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care. Provide support for individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining, while ensuring medication distribution and attendance at medical appointments. Maintain a structured routine and coordinate with team members to foster integration into the community. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and TB screening. No experience needed; ongoing paid training provided. Located in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River areas.
Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years after
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
