Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by providing assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, personal care, and medication distribution. Facilitate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to help residents integrate into the community. Maintain a structured routine while ensuring safety and dignity for all individuals served. This role requires a valid driver's license, a qualifying criminal background check, and a TB screening. No prior experience is needed; ongoing free on-the-job training is provided. Located in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas with openings for part-time, full-time, and relief shifts.
Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years after
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
