Job Summary
Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily living activities and ensure a structured routine for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Responsibilities include meal preparation, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, attending medical appointments, medication distribution, and coordinating community outings. Available shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with part-time and full-time options in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas; benefits and growth opportunities are available for benefit-eligible positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle
- TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
- Experience not required for role; on-the-job training provided
