Job Summary
Conduct overnight shifts from 11pm to 9am, Wednesday through Saturday, performing basic housekeeping, laundry, and dish duties while completing safety walk-throughs every 15 minutes. Secure exterior doors, monitor for unauthorized access, and ensure all students remain accounted for. Implement individualized instruction aligned with each child's cognitive, emotional, social, and psychological development, and communicate pertinent updates to supervisors, clinicians, behaviorists, and nurses. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing living environment while promoting core values of fairness, honesty, respect, responsibility, and kindness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess and maintains a valid drivers' license
- Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 11pm-9am (4, 10 hour shifts)
- Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Human Services experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
