Direct Care Professional

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Help participants achieve developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while taking initiative to integrate them into community activities and favorite events. Develop meaningful relationships and foster growth, learning, and independence for those you serve. Positions include weekend shifts and relief on-call rotations. Requires a valid driver's license with one year of post-permit experience, a clean driving record, and access to a fully insured personal vehicle. Minimum six months of experience in intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health is required.
