Job Summary
Conduct daily activities for adults with development disabilities in residential programs, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication distribution. Facilitate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to support integration into the community. Maintain a structured routine while assisting with activities of daily living and accompanying individuals to medical appointments. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and positive TB screening. Full-time, part-time, and relief shifts available across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas. No experience needed; ongoing free on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- A TB update every two years after
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- An interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
