Job Summary
Direct Care Professionals provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and maintaining a structured routine that includes individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), a qualifying criminal background check and driving record, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. TB screening is required; on-hire TB updates every two years. The role is offered on a full-time basis with second and third shifts available, in Fall River, Mansfield, Taunton, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle
- TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or in a residential program is not required but is a plus
