Direct Care - New Lifehouse Academy - Girls

Oversee daily activities and home operations for program students, carrying out the daily schedule to ensure smooth facility functioning. Administer medications, coordinate student passes, and maintain documentation in SOBER PEER while assisting leadership in policy compliance. Provide compassionate spiritual leadership through prayer and guidance, administer disciplinary measures aligned with Christian principles, and serve as a bridge between parents and the program. Maintain weekly mentor meetings and document student progress. Cover shifts when staff are absent and report facility maintenance needs. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and mature, Godly character in full agreement with Assembly of God doctrine.
