Job Summary
Direct Care Monitors monitor and observe clients to ensure safety and well-being, provide motivational support to help clients meet therapeutic goals, report observations to inform treatment decisions, assist with medication self-administration checks and urine/breathalyzer screening, help coordinate client transportation and plan client activities, and provide building security in a residential correctional treatment setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence
- Good driving record
- At least 21 years old
