Direct Care - Live‐In Position

Support the Program Manager in daily program and facility operations while supervising and mentoring residents to maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment. Enforce program guidelines consistently, lead or assist with daily devotions and chapel services, and transport residents to church and scheduled appointments. Assist with meal preparation, shopping for household supplies, and resident intake and exit procedures. Complete required documentation, maintain resident records, log phone calls, and communicate critical information or emergencies promptly. Attend weekly staff meetings and required trainings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Valid driver's license required. Housing and additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
