Job Summary
Conduct Bible studies, lead prayer, and disciple students in the Adolescent program (ages 12–17). Supervise residents and assist students with online education and the TC Curriculum, including night shifts and various activities. Administer discipline per ATCOT THRIVE policies and engage in religious instruction and evangelistic outreach. Work with departments to comply with TCUSA and Texas DFPS regulations while participating in campus events and chapels. Maintain First Aid and CPR certification. Full-time option available with medical, PTO, holiday pay, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- She/He shall be a person of spiritual maturity
- amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine
- in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
- Complete the Effective Biblical Counseling course or an equivalent course
- Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ideally credentialed as a minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
- 30 hours of training in childcare or related field
- Maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- A background check and pastoral reference is required
- Will primarily serve as a minister to students in the Adolescent program (12yr TO 17yr old)
- Minimum age requirement is 21yrs old
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or work experience equivalence
- At least 1 year full time ministry experience
- A good driving record
