Job Summary
Oversee daily activities and home operations within the residential program, carrying out the daily schedule to promote smooth functioning. Assist the Program Director, Dean, and Lead Program Guide in policy compliance while administering medications and overseeing disciplinary measures guided by Christian principles. Provide spiritual leadership through prayer, maintain weekly mentor meetings, and document student progress and parent communications. Coordinate student passes, report facility maintenance needs, and cover shifts when other staff are absent. Maintain student information on SOBER PEER and facilitate communication between parents and the program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Mature and Godly character
- TC Graduates must have been out of Teen Challenge for at least 12 months
- Amiable to the Assembly of God doctrine
- In full agreement with the Teen Challenge Mission Statement
- Person of good character whose integrity is above reproach
- Stable, sound judgment
- Spiritual qualities such as patience
