Job Summary
Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living. Connect with residents and family members to create a lasting, positive experience. Engage in continuous learning through attendance at educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. This role supports a team focused on intentional work-life balance and professional growth for staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Completion of a 40-hour DCA or PCA training course approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
