Job Summary
Direct Care Aid position in a senior living community. Provide care to patients with varied mobility, assist with daily living activities (restroom, bathing, meals, dressing), monitor and document vital signs, and communicate patient needs to supervising nurse and family. Accurately record patient history in charts, support mobility and safe lifting, and assist with medications as prescribed. Requires CNA/DCA/PCA certification and strong communication skills; must be physically capable of repositioning patients and moving equipment. Experience with bedridden patients and conditions such as Alzheimer's/Dementia preferred. Role is full-time evening shift with benefits and shift differential.
