Direct Banker

Direct Banker role delivering a phone-based home-lending experience; manage your own pipeline, nurture inbound and outbound leads, and provide tailored lending solutions to help customers achieve home ownership. You’ll build relationships, guide customers through credit principles and processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes. The position includes structured coaching, career pathways to Senior or Executive Banker roles, and a flexible arrangement that includes the option to work from home once fully trained.
