Job Summary
Lead institutional strategy, financial sustainability, and legal representation for a social sector organization in Medellín. Direct strategic direction, manage annual budgets and investment scenarios, and oversee fundraising alliances with donors. Represent the organization legally before third parties and groups of interest while ensuring compliance with Colombian regulatory frameworks. Drive measurable social impact, strengthen reputation, and lead teams across strategic units including volunteers. Design operational and social plans with clear KPIs, report to the Board and Assembly, and cultivate an ethical culture of good governance. Fluency in English B2/C1 required.
Required Qualifications
- Manejo fluido del INGLES B2/C1
- Profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Derecho, Ciencias Sociales o afines
- Mínimo 8 años en cargos directivos
- Gestión de equipos, proyectos, presupuestos y liderazgo institucional
- Conocimiento del marco normativo colombiano aplicable a ESAL
- Fortalecimiento patrimonial, recaudo de fondos y relaciones públicas
