Job Summary
Structure the supply area by designing a management model that ensures timely support for organizational departments. Align with relevant areas to guarantee agile and cost-efficient responses. Lead procurement strategy, optimize resource allocation, and manage warehouse inventories while overseeing machinery assignment and maintenance strategies. Negotiate with suppliers and drive initiatives for cost savings and continuous improvement. Requirements include a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics, with 8 to 10 years of experience leading procurement processes, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or construction firms. Proficiency in ERP systems is indispensable, alongside knowledge in inventory administration, supplier management, and budget control. Salary ranges from $7.500.000 to $8.500.000 monthly for a full-time role based in Cali, with occasional travel and weekend availability for operational emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management or related fields
- 8 to 10 years of experience leading procurement, supply chain, and negotiation processes
- Experience preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or construction service companies
- Indispensable experience in handling ERP systems
- Knowledge in inventory administration, supplier management, supply chain indicators, budget control, and demand planning
