Job Summary
Role overview: Director, AI Fabric and Data Platforms; leads enterprise AI Services and Data Foundation, end-to-end lifecycle of AI services, development of unified AI Agent Factory platform, and governance of data assets powering AI, analytics, and digital products. Responsible for strategy, roadmap, delivery, engineering excellence (agent-based architectures, CI/CD, SDLC automation), governance and compliance, stakeholder and vendor partnerships, people management, and budget/value realization. Requires leadership of cross-functional teams across AI engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, and analytics; strong business acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders; regulatory and security awareness; cloud-native experience and familiarity with generative AI/use cases. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience leading AI, data, or platform teams with end-to-end service ownership
- Strong knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps practices, and agile delivery models
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
