Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of data and enterprise platforms, overseeing design, development, testing, and ongoing support for cross-functional solutions including data analytics, document management, and API gateways. Partner with business units to translate requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards. Manage teams of analysts and developers to implement disciplined delivery practices while driving vendor compliance and continuous improvement efforts. Execute on IT budgeting and planning processes, including updates to the rolling 3-Year IT Operating Plan, and lead disaster recovery and business continuity triage as assigned. This senior technology leader supports the Chief Strategy Office in evolving the credit union's data roadmap and ensures all applications meet member and partner experience expectations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of IT experience managing scalable data and enterprise application development and/or application support teams
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- A proven ability to implement innovative technology solutions that address business needs
- Practical experience working with contract programming and other 3rd party professional services vendors, including the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and negotiation of labor rates for services
- Experience with Enterprise Data Platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Microsoft Data Fabric, Databricks)
- Experience with Data Tooling and scripting (e.g. Informatica, Python, etc)
- Experience with Application development software and tools
- Experience with Enterprise API development
- Experience with Installation and support of 3rd party packaged software or hosted/cloud-based applications
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
