Job Summary
Leads and manages all day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based relationships to achieve property sales objectives; drives revenue through personal and team booking goals, develops and implements a sales plan for the segment, and oversees catering and group bookings. Responsibilities include supervising direct reports, participating in sales calls, preparing proposals and contracts, analyzing market data to meet financial targets, and ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards. Requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts, develop promotions, and maintain stakeholder relationships; seeks to optimize guest satisfaction and drive loyalty through proactive relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
