Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Commercial Categories, including print, fleet, creative agencies, media, patient services, and data analytics. Lead negotiations for complex service agreements, manage contract lifecycles, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Oversee supplier network development, qualification processes, and performance optimization across key spend areas. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to implement category councils and governance frameworks. Manage direct reports, foster team excellence, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver on time and within budget. Establish procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytics to enhance outcomes and support company growth objectives.
