Job Summary
Manage the APAC Real Estate Product Management Department, overseeing marketing support, client services, and the development of regional Private Markets professionals. Coordinate all client, consultant, and prospect inquiries for direct real estate products while ensuring product governance meets Invesco and regulatory standards. Direct the production of RFPs, oversee client onboarding with AML/KYC teams, and maintain databases across Viaduct, Investran, and Salesforce. Organize investor meetings, administer voting, and coordinate transaction requests including commitments, transfers, and capital calls. Liaise with the Global Product team to ensure consistency in client relationship management and support strategic planning for co-mingled funds.
