Job Summary
Director of Practice Administration leads hospital and Guthrie Medical Group offices, overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and performance improvement; collaborates with physicians and administration to achieve financial, quality, and operational benchmarks; supervises and coordinates Section Leads, participates in recruitment and hiring, budgeting, and growth plans, and ensures development and adherence to department procedures; ensures compliance with hospital operational and regulatory requirements and represents the clinic in management meetings and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years related experience with at least 5 years supervisory experience
- 1-3 years administrative/supervisory experience required; health related field preferred
