Dir Pharmacy - DeKalb Pharmacy - FT - 1st Shift

Lead, manage, and support pharmacy and hospital personnel to achieve comprehensive, contemporary, and reliable pharmaceutical services across the organization's continuum of care. Oversee the effective integration of operational, fiscal, and clinical resources throughout all areas of the Pharmacy to ensure the Department achieves the highest level of safe, efficacious, and cost-effective care for patients while meeting the organization's mission, vision, and strategic initiatives. Lead the assessment, development, and implementation of automation and informatics technologies to advance the organization's delivery of pharmaceutical care. Requires a graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program, minimum five years clinical pharmacy experience, two years of management/supervisory experience, and a current Alabama Pharmacy license. Full-time, first shift.
