Job Summary
Director-level Technology Finance Business Manager within the Workforce Technology and Services (WTS) team to partner with WTS leads and provide financial and business management oversight for internal technology clients and BU stakeholders. Responsible for delivering financial analysis, budgeting, forecasts, governance, and funding processes; develop and manage a financial analytical function supporting book of work, collaborating with CAOs, FP&A, sourcing, and client teams; articulate risks and opportunities and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions; advanced finance/analytics skills and experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration
- Experience in FP&A, Accounting and/or Technology Business Management preferably in the Financial Services sector
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation and presentation
- Experience in a Finance expense management team; familiarity with Power BI and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus
