Job Summary
Manage overall operations for assigned office locations, establishing policies to ensure compliance with claims management standards, state regulations, and client service requirements. Direct staffing and training needs while preparing budgets and managing profit and loss for the office. Oversee performance of 50-99 colleagues through hiring, performance planning, and leadership development. Coordinate sales and client service efforts while monitoring partner and office performance reports. Travel as required to support regional operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10) years of related experience
- Seven (7) years of claims management experience
- Four (4) years of supervisory experience
- Licenses as required
- Strong technical claims knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Leadership/management/motivational skills
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
