Dir of Maintenance

Dir of Maintenance responsible for leading a comprehensive maintenance program across multiple systems (HVAC, fire and emergency systems, generators, kitchen and building equipment, irrigation, sprinklers, and exterior walkways), conducting quarterly inspections, coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes (SDS, OSHA, EPA), managing staff hiring, evaluation, coaching, and termination within Maintenance and Housekeeping, overseeing budgeting and labor scheduling, supervising move-in/move-out preparations, maintaining property upkeep (landscaping, snow removal, sanitation), inventory control, safety management, incident response, and fostering teamwork across departments. Strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, quality of work, and resident satisfaction; coordination with Executive Director and management company.
