Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, and banking relationships. Direct the controller and accounting management team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while driving profitability through margin improvement, cost reduction, and labor optimization. Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and operational liquidity planning, and prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership. Maintain comprehensive internal controls across general ledger, accounts payable, receivables, and fixed assets, supporting audit coordination and tax planning. Serve as a hands-on financial leader capable of stepping into operational accounting responsibilities during staffing transitions or system implementations.
