Job Summary
Lead corporate fundraising efforts for The Mint Museum by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors with emphasis on the corporate sector; drive the relaunch of the Corporate Leadership Circle (CLC); supervise and mentor development staff; manage donor portfolios, programs, and data systems; collaborate with senior leadership on annual fundraising goals; develop strategies to sustain and increase contributed revenue from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other sources; oversee all donor-base software and information systems; manage financial and demographic reporting, moves-management, donor segmentation, and technology enhancements for donor management; support fundraising events and travel as needed; require flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel; strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for The Mint Museum’s mission
- At least 5 years’ experience leading successful fundraising teams
- Direct experience in database design and database management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on both broad-based strategy and on specific detail
- Excellent organizational skills
