Job Summary
Directs daily security and loss prevention operations at Marriott, overseeing protection of property, employees, guests and handling emergency procedures; conducts and oversees investigations of losses, conducts patrols, maintains records/compliance with SOPs, and leads Loss Prevention teams; ensures high-level guest satisfaction and staff performance, coordinates with HR on incidents and training, maintains documentation, and collaborates with local law enforcement as needed; emphasizes safety, risk management, and service quality across the property.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
