Job Summary
Lead business development and client servicing for institutional clients across the Central U.S. territory, collaborating with the Managing Director and sales teams to execute sales plans and provide value-added services. Proactively map asset owners' organizational structures and investment priorities, then coordinate requests and maintain regular communication to drive new business and maintain existing relationships within mid-large plans ranging from $3 to $10 billion. Requires 5–10 years of institutional sales experience, FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and a CFA or progress toward it. Full-time, exempt role with a hybrid schedule of at least four days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 5 –10 years of institutional sales / analyst experience
- Financial services / investment management experience
- Knowledge of institutional ecosystem, sponsors, consultants, and competitors
- Understanding of investment instruments and their relevance across various plan and client types
- FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, and 65
- CFA or demonstrated progress toward the designation

- Existing institutional asset owner relationships in the Central U.S.
