Job Summary
Director of Human Resources responsible for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees; develops HR strategies aligned with property and brand objectives, leads staffing and recruitment, compensation planning, and staff development; coordinates human capital review and succession planning, monitors HR systems (myHR), and reports to the property General Manager with dotted-line support from Regional HR leadership; participates in owners meetings and oversees on-property HR staff and related specialists; supports diversity initiatives and is an equal opportunity employer at Marriott International.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in HR, management operations, or related professional area OR 4-year bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in HR, management operations, or related professional area
